Hi,

I really don't know what this is...
The Moth is Xylena exoleta, but the thing on top of it ???

The picture was taken in a wet grasland area on june 28e in Drenthe (Balloerveld), Holland.

It's a parasitic wasp - Hymenoptera - probably family Torymidae (but not genus Torymus) Smile
Manager of the UK Species Inventory in the Angela Marmont Centre for UK Biodiversity at the Natural History Museum, London.
