Moscow region I note. Fauna Europaea states Absent Russia (Poor terminology-this should read Not Recorded). Does anyone know the actual biogeography? Robert |

Hi Robert, Not recorded doen not mean it's actually absent, as you already mention. I just returned from a tripm in southern Siberia, where I collected it myself, the very same Anasimyia interpuncta. So I guess it's just a matter of time, before it will be mentioned from Russia Best wishes, John |
