Looks like a Platycheirus cf occultus, female.

Area behind the ocelli shiny (not silverish dusted), spots on tergites about half the length of the tergites, legs with only black ring on tibia (variable character).
According to Fauna Italia it doesn't occur in Italy, but according Fauna Europaea it does...
