This beetle has got caught in my moth trap a few times, outside Oslo, Norway, in August. I am having a hard time finding out which species this is - anyone?

Looks similar to Paederinae Lithocharis nigriceps...just a mild guess. Probably wrong.

EDIT; Koleopterologie.de is a good place to look.

I think it is the wrong shape for Paederinae. Try a genus close to Lesteva.
