Photographed in my kitchen and outside on release. Possible to ID this 7-9mm (I think) wasp.

Following Camille suggesting van Achterberg to determine this Braconid Wasp, Jan Willem obliged by contacting him, the result is Zele albitarsus Euphorinae.
Thanks for the suggestion Camille, Jan Willem or your part, and Kees v A. for coming up with an answer.
