A syrphid I've never seen

This day I've taken photos of this syrphid in NE of France, near Metz
He had two horn on the apex of the scutellum

Looking for in my doc, I've found this fly, it is not a syrphid but a Stratiomyidae species : Stratiomys chamaeleon.
