Looks like either Carcelia or Senometopia

Very probably Carcelia lucorum, you can see ventral bristle on the right second tibia

I agree with Carcelia, but would not dare to give it a last name. The tibiae are rather red and the discal setae seem to be a bit small, for a typical lucorum. I cannot exclude other species as atricosta Theo |
