 New fly... dark fly.. with many setas

I took a photo on 4th July in Silgueiros - VISEU - PORTUGAL with Nikon Coolpix 3100. This fly is dark with many setas. Notice that eyes are different in size.. ID please. jorgemotalmeida attached the following image:  [176.94Kb] |

Looks a bit like an Eriothrix but the photos are too dark to see enough detail  |
