Could this maybe be Parasyrphus punctulatus?

Paul is certainly right about Parasyrphus, but I think this might well be P. macularis, a species very similar to P. punctulatus. The pterostigma is very dark and the arista seems to be quite long and slender. However, I cannot tell with 100% certainty from this picture. |
