My first 2009 Conopid (30.03.09) --> Myopa testacea or polystigma

Hello!

Although only 10-11 °C "warm", this Myopa (7-8 mm) rested in the shadow at our house this afternoon (northwest Germany). Is it possible to give it a species name?

the thorax is completely black, so that leaves only testacea or polystigma.
