Hello
here it looks about the same than what Jürgen remarked in Germany: not many common spring Syrphides as Eristalis tenax and Episyrphus balteatus but these - I take them for Melangyna lasiophthalma - am I right?

I have found it in Slovenia as well, and other similar species are flying much later.

It's look like Melangyna lasiophtalma.
Similar early species looking like M. lasiophtalma are M. lucifera and smaller M.coei.

That is interessting. I have never seen lucifera and coei, not even on the Swiss List (of 2007).

On the Polish checklist (Soszynski,2007) also not listed but present (not publicated) like two other species of Melangyna
