About 4-5mm long. Pictured in Tanzania.
Can anybody confirm and provide genus and species?

Actually is Stichopogon sp.; sorry, can't provide a species name.

Oh, sorry, I meant Stichopogon Sad And Asilidae naturally. Stichopogons are fairly unique group among asilids, but many species look exaclty like the one shown on your photos.
