Thank you Gisela. In key Diptera of Europ part of Russia there is M. ambiguum - abdomen mostly yellow with (in case of female) metallic spots. All other Melanostoma - abdomen black (totaly or with yellow spots). As far as I checked in i-net Melanostoma ambiguum is still valid species.
