Found this Slug in a flower-pot in my greenhouse today. What is the little cluster on its side?

Hello, Roger!

Looks like baby slugs Grin. If found here in my garden I would call them Limax maximus (also known as 'Leopard slug'Wink). The big one also seems to be a Limax, but I have never seen such a light one (L. cinereoniger is nearly black here).
Best regards,
Jürgen

Nice short article about them in Wikipedia....I'm glad we don't have to go through "Apophallation" process...sound a bit.....ArghShockSad.
