Hello, here is another larvae, also from the decaying interior of a Cirsium arvense stem. It's from last weekend. Length was about 7-8mm. Is it diptera? Any suggestions what it could be? Are you sure it is Diptera not Coleoptera? At least not Cecidomyiidae really. |
