Photographed in the garden a couple of months ago, nearly missed it as it blended in with the stone it was resting on. Name anyone?

I can not help much, but I think this is a Tortricid moth. I would start to look for it at the genera Archips, Acleris.

I think I've found it at UK Moths.
Acleris variegana (Garden Rose Tortrix) Dark Form.
