Are you sure it isn't a Stratiomyidae?

Hi Mielczarek and Susan, first many thanks for your answers. I looked for photos of Pipizella, but there are not so much on the web. And I also looked for photos resembling my fly in the group of stratiomyidae. I find this very difficult to judge. Maybe both of you could explain your identification? Or someone else has an idea?
