Thanks Marek, well at least I got the OPTERA bit right Wink which for me is an improvement. Can anyone ID it further?

I guess, familiy Limnephilidae. Can mostly only be determined by genitalia dissection.

Thanks Juergen..I have 19 species in Limnephilidae on my Checklist Frown. Bit of a bummer ! Oh well. Another unknown.
