 Two Tephritidae couples

Hello! Also phtographed yesterday in Ostwestfalen/Germany. The first couple was found near Leucanthemum vulgare, but there were also thistles and other possible host plants around.  The second picture is of very bad quality, sorry! But perhaps can something be said anyhow?
