Photographed at Scatsta Airport at lit window on 30/08/08. Can't remember the size I'm afraid, but it looks pretty distinctive so hopefully someone can put a name to it.

Thanks for that Paul. I've only got one Miridae on my list for Shetland, which is Calocoris norvegicus,and this is not it. So another new insect to add to the Checklist. Smile. Can anyone go any further with this one?

Hello,

I think we can see the big spine on the back femur, which is a criterion of this species.
