I saw this 15mm-nematocera some days ago near Cologne. Can perhaps the family be identified?

Looks a bit like Ptychopteridae, but the antennae seem short.

The male of Sylvicola sp, Anisopodidae. Genitalial investigation is needed to proceed to species level.
