Please help to identify this hoverfly. My guess is that this is Eristalis tenax Full-size shots (not cropped) are available on my album on Flickr: http://www.flickr...836842941/ http://www.flickr...929105703/ Location: 50km to the east from Moscow (Russia) Date/Time: September 7th, 2008, 16:36 local time Shot of this hoverfly is taken on helenium flower, growing in my garden.
