What kind of flies?

A photographer asked me the name of these mating flies. Probably photogaphed in the Netherlands. I don't recognize them. Who can help me?

Sciomyzidae? No, I don't think so. The edge of the mouth does not look not correct for Sciomyzidae. Also a closer look at the antennas would be nice for that genus, but this is my only picture. I could ask for more.
