Hello! Sorry, for the picture quality, these tiny flies mostly run around in the shade... From beginning to end of August at and around fruit baits in the garden (northwest Germany). I don't know, if all three are of the same species. They generally were rather small, even for Drosophilids (1.8-2.5 mm). Seems to be slightly more slender.
