Looks very interesting. I agree it looks like Rhinophoridae. Somehow, my gut feeling tells me it might be an aberrant Sarcophagidae. Did you collect it ? Theo |

Nice, identification by gut feeling, I agree on Sarcophagidae. My "gut feeling" tells me it must be Sarcophaga (Notoecus) longestylata (looks like Rhinophoridae, stalked R5, postsutural dc 2), which is known from Spain, Algeciras. Liekele |
