this can be Tachytrechus planitarsis Becker, 1907

Add more Tachytrechus planitarsis from other location
With Chironomidae larvae

Distribution. Israel, Egypt; Socotra; Afrotropical and Oriental Regions; New Caledonia.

In fact, all 12 E Mediterranean species of Tachytrechus can be met in Israel, as the genus is mainly southern in the Palearctic; but 1-2 names may be united (synonymized) in the future.
