I would say 3 is Tabanus autumnalis female - the antennae look rather dark, and the abdominal pattern is right.

4 - Platystoma seminationis

I don't think this is correct - the wings are patterned but are not bent in the middle and the body colour looks wrong for seminationis ... but saying all that, I don't know what it is Grin
