Scatophaga?

Hello!

These photos show a Scatophaga (?) in North West Germany behind the house in the garden on the edge of a forest. It sat on an ox-eye daisy (Leucanthemum vulgare) and did not let disturb. On other plants was it not sitting. It was approx. 9-10 mm long.

Can you identify this fly?

You again? Not enough of your bad reputation for posting other people's pictures on http://entomologie.de and other forums (there meanwhile many experts refuse to answer you)?
These photos were already posted by the original author here: http://insektenfo...eadid=1240

If we can't get to an identification there, me or other readers have often given the tip to post the photos here on diptera.info. I think it's not your job to do that - at least not without mentioning the original source and the photographer of the pics! On entomologie.de you pretend to be insightful (also for not using your full real name etc.), but I see that you have learned nothing... :-(
