What should I use for identifying the Lauxaniidae? Are Seguy's keys still useful? Thanks Pierre-Nicolas |

Two Merz papers on Lauxaniidae can be downloaded here: http://www.dipter...p?cat_id=9. If that other one were available as PDF, now that would be interesting...

Thank's Katka. I must find the key somewhere. I have a lot Lauxaniidae specimens from this summer and need a new key. I believe Pierre-Nicolas is talking abouth the old Seguy's "Faune de France" series. I have some parts of it but not Lauxaniidae. (And I don't speak france ![]() Jari |

Just to prevent any misunderstanding: The translation by Schacht et al. (2004) of the key of Shatalkin (2000) should be used together with the original key since the figures in the original key are not icluded in the translation! Jan Willem van Zuijlen |
