Hello I saw these Asilidae in French Alps (1500m high) in August 2007. The size is about 16mm.  Is it Stenopogon sp. ? Can someone determine the species with other pics or is it possible only with genitalia ? Regards |

Because of the low diversity of Stenopogon species in the French Alps, this image shows Stenopogon sabaudus. Please add a copy to Wikipedia on http://commons.wi...i/Asilidae. Yours |
