This little whitish Hymenoptera was on the inflorescence of Euphorbia segueriana. Which family? (genus and species, if possible)

Size: ~1cm
Location: NW-Hungary
Habitat: dry sandy steppe

It is a female Nomioides, most probable minutissimus (I don't know if variegatus also occur in Hungaria).

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
