Hi Valter

It is definitively not Ephippiger ephippiger (diurnus), which in the Iberian Peninsula is restricted to the very eastern Cantabrian mountains, the Pyrenees and the northern Catalanian mountains (subsp. cunii).

The picture shows the genital apparatus of this male and this allows to discard Neocallicrania serrata or Neocallicrania lusitanica, which do not have any teeth on the middle of the cerci. This rather suggest a Steropleurus species. I would propose Steropleurus pseudolus, which seems to be common in Southern Portugal and Western Andalucia and whose genital apparatus seems to fit, but this should be checked more in detail.

Regards

Miquel
