 Hi, can anybody offer an ID for this ~12mm fly taken a couple of days ago in a woodland ride near London?

I've had a look around on the net and in Stubbs - i'm edging towards Choerades marginatus - does anybody agree?

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
