This image is not good enough for anyone to say anything very definite I don't suppose, but I think it is a male Delia. Taken 19 March in East London cemetery now nature reserve, 4mm, very dark grey with narrow chequered abdomen, black legs, orangey halteres and bare arista. Many thanks for all your help.
