Looks more like a Trichopsomyia (within the same tribe of Pipizini).

When searching no pict.
In the danish redlist i found Trichopsomyia joratensis (only 4 examples) and Trichopsomyia flavitarsis (rare) so ....
is it or is it maybe Wink

I would be so happy.

Could also be Pipiza , that is correct. No good view on the side of the head.
