Divided tergites suggest Karshomyia. Revised for Europe in 1998 with the description of a new species from Norway.

Mamaev, B.M. and M.G. Krivosheina. 1998. [On] the taxonomy of the gall midges of the genus Karschomyia Felt, 1908 (Diptera: Cecidomyiidae) with description of 11 new species. Russian Entomological Journal 6: 75-81.

Felt meant to name the genus after Karsch. The originally published spelling omitted the 'c'. He added it later, contrary to the rules, confusing entomologists for the next century.
