Mintho rufiventris Can't be Cylindromyia because the bristles are too strong and if you look closely at the abdomen you would see it is higher than wide, not cylindrical  It also can't be Eriothrix rufomaculata because it's the wrong time of year AND it only has 2 black vittae on the thorax PS: duplicate thread removed
