Enallagma cyathigerum?

After searching a little bit, I think this belongs to the species Enallagma cyathigerum because of the "mushroom" mark in the base of the abdomen. Is this correct?

This is correct. The form of the black spots of the abdomen makes it unmistakable (in males).
