I will take a big risk.. but i would say Anthomyzidae? Please post more chinese flies. |

Please crop the fly itself so we can see more details. Apparently the head is flattened in dorsal part. The slenderness and the way the wings are in rest fits for anthomyzid but it is not conclusive. The eyes don't seem bulged as I expect for an anthomyzid. Do you have a photo of the wing in detail?

Wow - tha overall shape and the way it carries its wings reminds me of a termite - maybe it is a mimic? No idea which family though - one for the experts  |

I can't read anything of the text on the following webpage (http://furumusi.a...=4456#4456) but the specimen on that page looks similar to yours. I think the family Teratomyzidae (fernflies) is suggested there. This family belongs to the superfamily Opomyzoidea.
