Hymenoptera, Ichneumonidae from Romania

Hi,

photographed today (18.April.2008) this ichneumonid (?).
found in Cluj, Transylvania.

small (~7mm) on a leaf, in a more or less woody area (forest/park).

can be identified further,

This is a male of the Pimplinae subfamily, genus Tromatobia or Apechthis.
