This is another enigmatic Hexapoda. I think it is a Nematocera, but I have no clue to identify it further. |

assuming it is dipteran ... my first thoughts were Hymenoptera: Cynipoidea or Chalcidoidea |

Ceratopogonidae, no problem. Wing venation fits, antennal shape (swollen first segment) body build, all nice as it should be.
