Hi,
Today I certainly get on your nerves with my pics of small flies that don't show much details. However, this one has a distinctive posture that might allow for a family, or better, genus name. I have no idea, except that it does not seem to be a Lonchaeid. Seen on 28 March.

I think it is Ephydridae, Gymnomyzini.
Not sure at all

I would agree with Nikita - or something like Psilopa, but difficult to be sure with these photos. Wink
