 Odontomyia flavissima Rossi? I catch seen the same near Novorossiysk - NE Black Sea coast, middle june, low-mountain ulmus-fagus forest, on fabaceae flowers (Coronilla, Doricnium)

 I'm not an expert here, but to me it looks more like the related genus Oplodonta.

 Well, I have similar specimens caught in Greece in 2005, and they were identified by Ben Brugge from the Amsterdam Museum as indeed Odontomyia flavissima.
Whether there are more similar looking species I don't know.
