Definitely Delia platura male. I have arrowed the two characters which will always identify this species (males), which iis useful because this species is the world's commonest anthomyiid and is found on all continents, except perhaps Antarctica. a) comb of fine posteroventral hairs on hind tibia, whole length  no fringe on dorsal surface of mid metatarsus. If one was present it would be Delia florilega male

Sorry I got the labels wrong way round, a) is the mid metatarsus is the hind tibia |
