Tephritis conura, I think. The wing of T. matricariae is not so dark and the scutum not yellowish in my experience.
Title of the picture is "large", that's another argument.

Guess, Ben's ID is correct. Neither conura nor matricariae occur in my areas, so my observations in the nature of both are scarse. Furthermore, some host races of conura look different.
