I found this little wasp in Barcelos, Portugal. It is curious that, instead of flying, it jumps when scared. Is it possible to say something about it?

Some Pteromalus or Trichomalus, but not for sure. Visit http://ponent.atspace.org/fauna/ins/fam/pteromalidae/trichomalus_pte.htm#f1_1_t921
or http://ponent.atspace.org/fauna/ins/fam/pteromalidae/pteromalus_pte.htm and try to compare your specimen with those rather high quality photos on the site.

Good luck!
