These very small Chironomidae/Orthocladiinae, about 1-1,3mm are found on a glue board from a uvtrap hanging in a fish factory in North Jutland Denmark, November There are several, I'd say about 200-300, but i can't seem to find a single male between them so unfortunately no hypopygia can confirm. amongs drosophilidae, sphaeroceridae, phoridae, psychodidae, these Chironomidae were much smaller tried to key a female with the male-key Langton/Pinder 2007, and with the following combinations, i land on Krenosmittia, and with a wing length of 1,2mm the species should be camptohleps Wings without hairs Costa strongly produced beyond vein R4+5 anal vein ending well proximal to cubital fork/FCu Squama bare Eyes bare That being said, it's still a female, so don't know if it's reliable in this case ?
