Tried the Tschorsnig key, but apparently took a wrong turn somewhere... Some characters made me think Leskiini, but the wing veins have too many hairs. In North America the veins other than R1 and the base of R4+5 are bare. |

If the scapi are distinctly separated (2/3 width of flagellum) - a dorsal view could help - what about Eriothrix monticola?

Michael Knapp suggested Bithia spreta - a species which seems to have an affinity for Achillea. Also, it seem I took a wrong turn when it came to "cheeks bare vs not bare".
