Hello,

They seem to like cold weather, I only see them during the wintertime.
This one is from 23 December ( Heerlen ).
I know Heleomyzidae are difficult so a genus would already make me happy.

A member of the tribe Heteromyzini - a female . That'all I can tell about this image (if subcostal cell reaching behind anterior cross-vein we can say Heteromyza species, if not a Tephrochlamys !Wink
