Tachinidae: Estheria picta?

Hi, Recently I saw two Tachinid males in south-eastern Berlin that looked like Estheria picta to me. The location of the first one, seen on 5 August, was quite close to the one I posted in 2009 (https://diptera.i...d_id=23735), so a nice meeting after 16 years! The location of the second one from 17 August was about 1.5 km north of the first as the crow flies. The biotope was of the same type (dry meadow). I think my ID should be ok, but any corrections are welcome! Thanks, Sundew Sundew attached the following image: ![]() [294.27Kb] |
